Title
Description
Library staff members Eric Mott, Karen Stierler, and Lily Smith-Jensen work at the Circulation Desk. All three have a phone to their ear and appear to be in conversation. Karen looks at a DVD, possibly calling a patron who had that item on hold, while Lily has a stack of books sitting on the desk in front of her.
The following statement is from Sara Pitcher, creator of this image and Web Resources Assistant at the Coralville Public Library: "The Coralville Public Library building was closed on March 17, 2020 because of the pandemic. Though the building was closed, staff still came to work. They were answering public questions by phone and e-mail, and starting curb side pick-up. That first day the phones rang constantly. The most common question 'Are you open?'."
