Description
The City of Coralville participated in a national night of remembrance for the lives lost to COVID-19. Luminaria were decorated with names of lost loved ones and placed around the Xtreme Arena at Iowa River Landing. Residents were asked to leave their lights on as an expression of remembrance.

Join the City of Coralville on Tuesday, Jan. 19 in the nationwide memorial for lives lost to COVID-19:
- 3:30-5:00 pm: Decorate a luminaria with the name of a friend or loved one lost to COVID-19 (Xtream Arena lobby, 200 E, 9th St.).
- 5:00 pm: Decorated luminarias will be lit and placed on the plaza area outside the arena; luminarias will also be lit throughout the Iowa River Landing.
- Leave your lights on through the night as an expression of remembrance.
