A periodical clipping of a photograph and description. Three Girl Scouts members stand behind a table that holds bake sale items and other miscellaneous goods, all holding items; the troop leader, too, holds up a Christmas wreath. A young man stands on the other side of the table, money in his hand.

The description reads, "Members of Cadette Troop 55 are pictured during their bake sale and bazaar held Saturday, December 12, 1964, the first step in setting up a 'Library for Coralville Fund.' Pictured l. to r.: Cadettes Cindy Vest, Ann Petrak, and Heidi Hudson, troop leader Fran Rogers, and customer Richard Clinite, Jr."

The bake sale and bazaar took place at the Village Pharmacy. The net profit was $46.78 (Coralville Public Library; Coralville Courier, 1986).
